We ship within the United States. Free shipping on orders above $50.

  • We DO NOT SHIP to drop boxes, or any other type of public mailbox.
  • We DO NOT SHIP to international courier or transportation/shipping centers in the United States, including NewYorkMailBox.com.

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59PM CT to start processing on the next business day. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days, and orders will arrive within 3-8 business days from when the order is shipped. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday-Friday.

Once your order is confirmed as having shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package easily. A shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to your email address after your order is processed and leaves our facility.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by Aphrona to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. We will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges when possible. Please be sure to sign for your package to avoid any product theft, loss or damage. If delivery is attempted and the driver is unable to deliver the package, the carrier will return the package to Aphrona. Any charges incurred by Aphrona due to unsuccessful delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges incurred by us due to refused shipment will be the customer's responsibility.

Please note that for countries outside the US import duties and taxes may be levied once your order reaches your country. Charges and customs holding times may vary depending on the value of the package and the final destination address. We try our best to keep charges as low as possible, however we are unable to control or predict the final charges. If you need to pay import duties and taxes, the courier will contact you for more information ahead of delivery.
