You may request to return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. You must return your purchase in new condition as you receive them, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code and serial number where applicable) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories to receive a full refund. If your original purchase included free gifts, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free gifts you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. Aphrona can only refund the original purchase price. If the returned purchase has been opened or used but is not deemed functional defective, Aphrona reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Returning purchase that does not have prior authorization will be rejected. Please contact us at: email@example.com prior to your return and we will provide you with a return label. You must return your purchase to us within 7 days of the authorization, with the packing slip or invoice included in the package. Please be sure to pack the parcel securely and then return it to us. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
If the item(s) you receive is defective or damaged, they may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model. Beyond the 14-day return window, we will provide standard one-year limited free warranty service.
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
